Position Description:


  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience in the Information Technology Field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands on experience Data Architecture and Data Management
  • Must have 3+ years' experience as a data governance architect
  • Strong handson experience in data management, metadata management, data quality, data lineage and data governance.
  • Strong knowledge of database modeling principles, techniques and enterprise data management best practices.
  • Experience with architecture and design of largescale shared data solutions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Interact with business and IT stakeholders to understand current state Data Governance and build a future state Data Governance strategy and roadmap
  • Maintain and promote key data governance deliverables/assets, including data policies, data standards and data management roles and decision frameworks
  • Data Governance Tool experience preferably with Collibra DGC
  • Building data dictionary/business glossary using Collibra DGC and integrating with existing metadata storage
  • Document, assess, influence business requirements to develop, enable and advance data governance and stewardship capabilities
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators and dashboards to measure the success of the data governance program
  • Facilitate and promote usage and adoption of the data governance tool, particularly among business users
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills. Should possess excellent communication and articulation skills.
  • Handson design and implementation experience in below technologies
