    Withum Digital is looking for a Managed Services Technician to join its growing Cloud Managed Services practice to support our Washington, DC Office. The successful individual will possess great communication skills and relevant experience in managing/support a Microsoft Cloud environment.

    How You'll Spend Your Time:


    • Providing daily support to client inquiries and working on requests relating to issues/concerns of IT related systems


    • Performing remote troubleshooting and resolution support for hardware and software as tickets are submitted into the ticketing system


    • Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement


    • Possessing the ability to complete multiple simultaneous tasks in a timely manner


    • Exhibiting strong documentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills


    • Conveying technical issues and material to a non-technical audience


    • Working in a team oriented/collaborative environment


    • Multitasking and prioritizing workload, and adapting to new processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment


    • Handling confidential information in a reliable manner


    • Installing and maintaining Teams Room Systems


    • Showcasing Cyber Security fundamental knowledge

    The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to:


    • Tech Graduate / Post – Graduate


    • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Cloud Technologies and network infrastructure


    • Experience troubleshooting of Windows desktop environment (networking, OS, Microsoft Office, PC hardware, printers)


    • Experience using automated helpdesk ticketing systems


    • Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 cloud services including Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory


    • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) and Remote Monitoring Management Tools and device enrollment.


    • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms system (configuration, installation) preferred or other video-conferencing equipment
