    We are looking for a BD Managerwith a proven track record in B2B Sales and Client Management inTech recruitment HR Consultancies.


    Whatis expected of you Effectively understandand communicate the Masai Value Proposition to prospective hiringpartners Schedule discussions emailfollowups and create proposals by lead Generation & ColdCalling close deals to maximize studentoutcomes.

    Understand partner businessobjectives and work with crossfunctional teams to deliver maximumimpact for the partner and Masai SchoolTranslate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results Work independently to identify potentialnew leads (organizations who will hire talent from us at no cost)build lists and do the initial outreach.

    Make sure all information is uptodate and available to keystakeholders. Learn and experiment with newtools to help drive insights from the data.
    Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximizestudent success. Extensive internet researchacross job portals and networkingsites
    Whatyou will need to bring 1years of experienceworking in Tech recruitment HRConsultancies. A strong understanding oftechnology and recruitment trends Ability toidentify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them Track record in establishing &maintaining relationships with largeorganizations Passion to work with peopleand work across the organization to drive endresults High standards of excellence andattention to detail Excellent written& verbal communication skills

    You will beexpected to Think on your feet Not be scared of coming up with new ideas Learn quickly Beable to use data gathered from your experiments to drawconclusions.

    Work 5 days (Monday Friday)from Office and the 6th day (Saturday) would be work fromhome.

    Bonusif you have Prior experience in the techsales organization Experience collaboratingacross teams A desire to level the playingfield A nontraditional story.
