Beyoi wellness Pvt. Ltd. is sole importer and distributor of well-known Japanese wellness company ILEM Japan.

Reports to:
Assistant Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities:

Leading a team of Business Development Executives spread across cities and ensuring achievement of KPIs and Organisational Goals.
Build and grow a team of future leaders.
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies.
Ensure Adherence to the Processes and Systems setup for smooth functioning
Enable the team to work proactively and creatively to solve daytoday challenges and come up with longterm strategies and ideas
Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
Conducting Competitor Analysis to keep updated with latest Marketing/consumer trends and strategies and stay ahead of the curve
Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information, and strategies
Managing production and performance of multimedia content
Copywriting and Proofreading
Tracking and Analysing Campaigns for optimum resource utilisation and increasing ROI
Proficient in working with CRM, MS Office, and Gsuite Tools
Conduct User Surveys and Consumer research to understand their needs and communicate results and suggestions to product and marketing teams
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various offline channels
Set up meetings with potential clients and close sales, deals and strategic partnerships
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Experience of leading a team of sales and/or marketing representatives
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Management and other Business related fields
Willing to Travel across various cities if/when required
Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite Tools
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to contribute individually and in a team environment
Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and sharp focus
Strong interpersonal and team skills

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
