Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

  • Bangalore (NAPs)
*Salary:* ₹16,800 in hand for fresher

*Shift:
  • Night Shift
*Week Off:
  • Saturday & Sunday
*Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and accurate information to customers' questions and concerns

  • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Meet performance targets and metrics consistently
