Product/Service Knowledge:

Understanding Policies: Familiarize yourself with the company's refund policies. This includes knowing the conditions under which a refund is allowed, any time limits, and specific procedures.

Analytical Thinking:

Analyze and identify the root causes of refund requests.
Collaborate with relevant teams to address underlying issues and prevent future occurrences.
Employ effective problemsolving skills to resolve customer complaints and disputes.

Refund Processing:

Review refund requests and assess eligibility based on established company policies.
Accurately process refunds through the designated system within specified timeframes.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for refund approval.

Communication with Other Departments:

Communicate any trends or issues observed during the refund process to improve overall operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Problemsolving mindset and ability to think critically.
