    The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center, or BBN team:

    Summary of Role:

    RTX has an opening for Intelligent Automations India delivery Leader. Location: India. This position will be responsible for establishing India Intelligent Automations Delivery teams in India aligning to Intelligent Automations Global delivery model. This position will focus on driving automations delivery from India wherever feasible through the usage of intelligent automation technologies such as robotics, AI & ML and drive improved cost, quality and efficiency.

  • Technically astute in the Digital Arena; preferably around automations, AI/ML

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • RTX Intelligent Automations India delivery leader. Leads RTX India Intelligent Automations delivery teams working closely with US leadership and all BUs across geographies.
  • Responsible for establishing India delivery teams in RPA,BPM,AI/ML technologies
  • Work closely with Automations Product and CoE leadership to hire based on program strategy
  • Vendor management for India delivery teams
  • Responsible for successful delivery customer success across BUs
  • Perform current state assessments of existing opportunity pipeline, develop strategies and recommendations to advance program strategy and roadmap for Intelligent automations by leveraging RTX India
  • Work closely with India site leadership, HR, finance for site specific requirements
  • Research various industry sources and analyze industry trends in Intelligent automations and establish a roadmap of industry trends, strategy and engagement models.
  • Responsible for generating automations opportunities across India and APAC within ES and other BUs.
  • Knowledge in RPA/BPM, Chatbots, AI/ML . Advocate for innovative and new technology platform capabilities and solutions and bring market insights.
  • Periodic Report status, roadmaps, opportunities pipeline
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills. Ability to communicate and influence effectively to C-level executives, business/technology leaders & BU Product leads
  • Work closely with Automations CoE and Platforms leader on overall Intelligent Automation strategy for successful execution of all automation use cases.
  • Experience working in a multi-site Enterprise environment including facilitating cross organizational solutions in response to diverse objectives.
  • Self-directed with demonstrated ability to organize and provide leadership for a diverse (both geographic and technical) team.
  • Ability to Travel up to 20% between company locations and technology vendors as required.

    • Required Qualifications :​

  • Typically requires 12+ years of experience in leading Intelligent Automations, RPA/BPM, AI/ML, Data Science capabilities and a bachelors' degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 10+ years related work experience.
  • Strong business acumen; domain competencies Automations, RPA, BPM, AI/ML.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and work with senior leaders across RTX for automation opportunities

  • Advanced business knowledge, general management, and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
  • Critical Thinker and ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment. ​
  • Experience driving automations in complex enterprise companies.
  • Required Education :

    • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum
