    About the Job

    Seeking a seasoned leader to step into the role of Delivery Leader, spearhead delivery efforts for a prestigious portfolio of clients within the Communication, Media, and Tech sector. As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and overall portfolio growth.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Own and manage the delivery and operations of a portfolio of customers, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.


    • Take charge of the P&L for a portfolio valued at $20+ million, driving growth and profitability.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.


    • Drive delivery and operational excellence, while prioritizing employee and customer satisfaction within the allocated accounts.


    • Empower delivery managers and project leaders to effectively address risks and issues, ensuring successful outcomes.


    • Lead portfolio growth initiatives, collaborating closely with sales and technology stakeholders on RFP responses and proposals.


    • Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement efforts.


    • Mentor and manage execution teams, guiding them to success in client-facing and internal initiatives.

    Skills Required


    • 15+ years of experience in managing programs and projects, with a proven track record of success.


    • Expertise in new-age digital areas such as AI/ML, IoT, and RPA, along with experience in support and maintenance programs.


    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


    • Strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth and profitability.


    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
