    What We Are Looking For:
    The ideal candidate for the Partnerships Manager (a.k.a. the

    Client Services Manager ) role possesses a unique blend of expertise in managing projects and the team effectively. This individual will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, fostering a positive workplace environment, and contributing to the overall expansion of our client portfolio (through assisting the

    Business Development Manager).

    Responsibilities
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
    Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. This includes resource allocation, coordination with internal teams, etc
    Set up meetings and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
    Lead and motivate cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives
    Drive talent retention initiatives and workshops and activities for the team

    Good to Have
    2+ years of combined experience in client servicing
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Experience in leading a rapidly growing team
    Have the ability to assist in lead prospecting through various channels, including representing the organisation at networking events
    Be a part of negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial agreements alongside the Business Development Manager (on need basis)
