Role and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions
Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and resolving issues
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process
Excellent communication skills
Computer and Internet knowledge
Previous customer service experience
