    Job Description

  • Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center
  • Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center.
  • Configure C4C system, Service Work center, Reports, layouts, Workflow rules and Business configuration-ECSC configuration.
  • Should be able to configure Service Teams (Resolver groups) SLAs (total turnaround time),
  • Holiday Calendars, Surveys, Customized Emails.
  • Excellent knowledge of system configuration and work with various third-party system like Successfactors, Workzone and Connection setup.
  • Should understand SAP SuccessFactors EC Core

    • Primary Skills

  • Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center
  • Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center.
  • Configure C4C system, Service Work center, Reports, layouts, Workflow rules and Business configuration-ECSC configuration.

    • Secondary Skills

  • Knowledge of system configuration and work with various third-party system like SuccessFactors, Workzone and Connection setup.
