Job Description:


  • Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center
  • Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center.
  • Configure C4C system, Service Work center, Reports, layouts, Workflow rules and Business configurationECSC configuration.
  • Should be able to configure Service Teams (Resolver groups) SLAs (total turnaround time),
  • Excellent knowledge of system configuration and work with various thirdparty system like Successfactors, Workzone and Connection setup.
  • Should understand SAP SuccessFactors EC Core

Primary Skills:


  • Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center
  • Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center.
