- 7+ years of full stack development in an enterprise organization with OOP languages (Python, C#, Java, etc.)
- NEED STRONG JAVA/J2EE/REACT Experience
- 3 years working in an AWS environment deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.
- 3 years working DevOps.
- 3 years creating Automated Testing/Creating automated tests at various levels including unit, acceptance, and performance testing.
- Software Engineering and best practices commensurate to the duties outlines above.
- Multiple programming languages, such as Python, C#, Java, JS/Typescript, Swift, Scala -with ability to pick up new languages.
- Cloud technologies – specifically within the AWS ecosystem
- DevOps tools and approaches, and engineering products to be both reliable and adaptable.
- Deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.
- Creating automated tests at various levels including unit, acceptance, and performance
- Strong Java/J2EE, ReactJs Spring Boot
- Ability to perform analysis of business problems and technical environments.
- Ability to estimate financial impact of design/architecture alternatives.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.

Role Title: Software Engineering Advisor
Position Summary:
This candidate will focus on understanding business products, provide engineering leadership and delivery focus. The engineer will be responsible for driving the adoption of software engineering best practices and innovative product introduction and implementation using SAFe methodology. The engineer must have superb analytical and technical skills coupled with the ability to deliver effectively.
