    Hiring Head of Talent Acquisition for Manorama Industries Ltd


    Position Summary:
    Manorama Industries Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and manage our recruitment strategies and processes.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global recruitment practices, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive improvements and harmonization in recruitment processes.

    This role is crucial for ensuring the company's growth by attracting top talent and aligning recruitment practices with business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Global Recruitment Processes:
    Drive adoption and continuous improvement of global recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and policies.

    Market Benchmarks & Hiring Priorities:


    Ensure market benchmarks and internal salary bands are considered while offering candidates, and prioritize the hiring funnel based on business requirements.


    Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    Establish and optimize talent acquisition strategies for all corporate functions to meet strategic objectives.

    Business Context Understanding:
    Understand the company's business context, competencies, and stakeholder requirements to support leadership in hiring key positions.

    Vendor Management:
    Balance quality and cost by effectively using existing talent acquisition vendors and engaging new job consultancy firms as needed.

    Funnel Management & Reporting:
    Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel, ensuring continuous tracking through various reports and dashboards.

    Culture Fit:
    Ensure all final candidates undergo culture fit assessments before being offered positions.

    Strategic Projects:
    Lead strategic projects such as talent branding, recruitment software implementation, campus placements, geographical expansion, industry mapping, and data analytics.

    Recruitment Metrics:
    Improve metrics such as shortlist ratio, acceptance to joining ratio, process timelines adherence, and talent acquisition budget optimization.

    Workload & Staffing Levels:
    Conduct organization studies and reviews to determine workloads and advise on optimum staffing levels.

    Employee Referral Programs:
    Implement and manage employee referral programs, and source candidates for open positions.

    Manpower Requisitions:
    Ensure manpower requisitions and staff movements align with the approved organization chart and staff establishment.

    KRA Review:
    Review Key Result Areas (KRAs) of all senior officers.

    Team Integration:
    Support Senior Managers and the HR team to integrate the full talent acquisition team.

    Sales Recruitment:
    Manage recruitment for all sales department positions and Manager & above roles across all locations.

    Job Posting:
    Actively post vacancies with job placement firms and professional networks (e.g., , ).

    Training:


    Oversee functional and behavioral training for the talent acquisition team, ensuring performance and career development, and conduct training on time management, coaching, etc.


    Recruitment Lifecycle:
    Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding.

    Candidate Experience:
    Enhance candidate experience during the interview process and implement mechanisms to capture feedback.

    Metrics & Reporting:
    Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement in talent acquisition.


    Educational Qualifications and Certification Required:
    Graduate & MBA in HR.

    Relevant Experience:
    Minimum of 15 years in relevant operations and talent acquisition roles.

    Annual CTC:
    ₹ Lakhs per Annum
