For an Wedding Planner Company (Male / Female)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Sell onsite and offsite catered events to generate revenue.
Meet the established sale targets.
Inspire staff to meet and exceed our sales goals through the demonstration of a positive leadership and character.
Ensure contract fulfilment of events by communicating and negotiating with service providers, vendors, and other departments
Participation in special projects and committees.
Event sales tracking
Professional representation of the company at trade shows and industry events.
Develop marketing plans, budget analysis and menu creation by collaborating with the catering and sales team.
Drive customer satisfaction by exhibiting a high level of enthusiasm when working with them.
Maintain, reviews and update detailed price sheet of all billable products and services.
Proactively troubleshoot problems that may arise, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints and answers queries.
Update client information in the company contact database.
Identify potential opportunities for company growth by staying updated on current industry trends.

Education and Work Experience:

Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 12 year of catering and sales experience in hotel and/or catering venue.

Salary:
Upto ₹20,000

Location:
Kaloor Cochin
