    Overview

    The AccountAssistant & Manager plays a crucial role in the managementand organization of financial information. They are responsible forhandling various accounting tasks and assisting in financialanalysis. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timelyreporting of financial data and contributing to the overallfinancial health of the organization.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Assist in thepreparation of financial statements
    • Manageaccounts payable and receivable
    • Conductfinancial analysis and reporting
    • Assist withbudgeting and forecasting
    • Process invoices andexpense reports
    • Handle bankreconciliations
    • Assist in payrollprocessing
    • Support in audit preparation andcoordination
    • Ensure compliance with accountingpolicies and regulations
    • Assist in tax filingsand compliance
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams
    • Provide support for adhoc financialprojects
    • Contribute to process improvementinitiatives
    • Maintain accurate financial recordsand documentation
    • Assist in financial softwareimplementation andutilization

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or related field
    • 2 years ofexperience in accounting or financialrole
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MSExcel
    • Strong understanding of financialprinciples and practices
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
    • Attention to detail andaccuracy
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
    • Ability to work effectivelyin a team environment
    • Knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and compliance
    • Analytical andproblemsolving skills
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality of financialinformation
    • Adaptability and willingness tolearn new skills
    • Professional certification(e.g. CPA) is a plus
    • Experience with financialanalysis andreporting
