    Description
    Bachelors or Masters Degree in HumanResources with 58 years experience in an HR role.
    Knowledge of local labor law and regulations visa processingprocedures.
    Interviewing skills and ability to resourcethe appropriate candidates in line with the requirements of theconcerned department.
    Ability to deal with uppermanagement and keep matters confidential.
    Ability todeal with all meets and discuss with employees on variousgrievances that may arise from time to time.
    Proficientwith of MS office for storing employee date preparing presentationsetc.
    Good Communication skills both verbal andwritten
    Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy andconfidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    Veryeffective organizational skills.

    Recruitment & Staffing
    Responsible for coordinatingsourcing new candidates review application/ resumes evaluateapplicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicantsqualification.
    Develop and maintain relationship withemployment agencies universities and other recruitmentsources.
    Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for newhires ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information andresources.
    Ensure compliance trainings departmentaltrainings and CBC/documents are saved on individual filefolders.

    Conduct and coordinate smooth offboarding andmaintain uptodate forms relieving letters and other necessaryletters to be signed by the departing employee.

    Employee Engagement and Trainings
    Responsible forimplementing strategies to increase employee engagement within thelocal office.
    Responisbile in ensuring compliancetrainings are completed on time HR Reportsand HRIS

    Provide general administrative support such aspreparing correspondence forms and reports arranging meetingscomposing regular correspondence processing confidential reportsand documents and filing electronic and hard copy.

    Responsible for sending monthly HR reports to corporate HR relatingto staff count hours worked exits and entries to thegroup.
    Any other HR reports as requested and required bycorporate HR and local management
    Responsible formaintaining employee records personnel information anddocumenting.
    Keep track monitor and maintain employeeleave records and absenteeism
    Issue salary certificatesno objection certificates and/or other correspondence as requestedby employees for purpose of travel or applicationpurposes.

    Cope with sensitive and confidential matterslike employee relations and organizational changes planning andprotecting the security information data and files.
