    Associate - Talent Acquisition

    Location : Gurgaon ( Work from office)

    • Run a full-cycle recruiting desk for a wide range of Non IT /IT / support function roles of different levels
    • Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
    • Will be working on hiring in Operation, Customer support, support functions etc.
    • Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties.
    • Find talent using tools such as , Naukri, Social Media, Referrals etc.
    • Candidate Management and Engaement
    • Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand

    We're Looking For People Who Have

    • Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Operation and Customer support
    • A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English
    • Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, & creative recruiting tactics
    • Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Minimum 4 - 5 yrs+ years' experience in recruitment for junior to mid level roles.
    • Graduate preferably MBA.
    • Experience in BPO hiring/Volume/Bulk Hiring along with IT Hiring is preferred.
    • Should be flexible to work from office
