Sales Associate - Madgaon, India - The Baywatch Resort, Goa
Description
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and research potential customers within assigned territories or market segments on field.
- Training and guidance shall be provided.
- Conduct market analysis and gather information to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Engage with prospective customers through inperson visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the company's products or services.
- Tailor presentations to match customer needs and address any objections.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, key decisionmakers, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Follow up on leads, maintain regular contact, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct negotiations with potential customers, focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline.
- Build longterm relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events, trade shows, or conferences.
- Promote the company's brand and maintain a strong knowledge of its services, and industry trends.
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month

- Margão, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
