Job Description in detail

Key responsibilities

  • Working with senior architect and project manager to develop architectural designs and complete design documents.
  • Collaborating with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs meet technical and functional requirements.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities to improve design solutions and optimize project outcomes.
  • Preparing design models, renderings, and other visual materials to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the development of project schedules and budgets, and tracking progress against these plans.
  • Participating in project meetings and providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Conducting field visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to the design documents and making adjustments as needed.
  • Assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials to win new business.
  • Staying uptodate with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
    .

Minimum Requirements

1) Education:


  • B.Arch or any other Professional Architecture degree is Mandatory.

2) Experience:

  • 1+ years on the relevant domain.
