This will be a key sales role for MS's Growth Accounts. The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution, handling the Pre-Sales function. Ability to seed Deal Shaping concepts and independently lead pro-active solutions for the identified account will be key success criteria.

    Job Title: Market Intelligence - Business Development Specialist

    Job Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, near Calicut University

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, including internet research, search engines, or paid channels like Hoover's, Spoke, and LinkedIn, or arranging to obtain existing data.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to discern industry trends, competition, and potential avenues for growth and account profiling with CLR (Closed Loop Reporting) reports.
    • Identify the needs of prospects and position services accordingly.
    • Propose solutions to identified needs and respond to Market Research Request for Information (MR RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP).
    • Design content and messaging for email blasting and B2B Surveys.
    • Conceptualize, create, and execute e-mail campaigns.
    • Identify and accentuate the distinctive features of our products/services to craft a competitive edge in the market.
    • Gather data on competitors and analyse their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and do forecasting and tracking of marketing and sales trends, analysing collected data.
    • Collect and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.
    • Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
    • Create and tailor client proposals and contracts that effectively communicate our products and services, addressing client needs and preferences.
    • Cultivate leads and foster enduring relationships to convert prospects.
    • Regularly communicate with existing clients to furnish product updates, address queries, and ensure utmost customer contentment.
    • Efficiently oversee the entirety of the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing deals, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
    • Maintain the sales pipeline with meticulous updates and accurate documentation of all interactions and sales undertakings in the CRM system.
    • Download prospect client data from relevant websites and external sources, maintain database, organize, and collate this data making it readily accessible for the sales team's use.
    • Implement data management best practices to maintain data accuracy and relevance.
    • Efficiently manage ClickUp and Zoho CRM software, providing regular updates and optimizing its utilization, and track lead activity in contact management databases.
    • Hire, Train, and Manage a team of Market Research professionals.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

    Qualification:

    · Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field

    Experience:

    • 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, market research, or related field
    • Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
