We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.


Collaborate with various professionals, so it's essential that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

You should be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

You should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Build an opencommunication environment for your team

Requirements:


  • Minimum 13 year of experience in sales or related field
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic Math skills
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Numerical abilities and problemsolving attitude
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
