Ltd. as a Legal Advisor for our retail showroom.

As a Legal Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and providing legal guidance to support the operations of our showroom.

Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the automobile industry and retail operations.

Contract Review: Review and draft various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including vehicle sales contracts, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to minimize legal exposure for the showroom.

Customer Relations: Address legal inquiries from customers and resolve any legal issues that may arise during transactions.

Employee Training: Provide legal training to showroom staff to ensure awareness of legal requirements and best practices.

Liaison: Work closely with external legal counsel, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies as needed.

Intellectual Property: Protect and manage intellectual property assets, including trademarks and copyrights, as relevant to the showroom's operations.

Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes, including customer complaints, vendor disputes, and contractual disagreements.

Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations in the handling of customer and employee information.

Reporting: Prepare legal reports, memos, and updates for management to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role, preferably in the automobile industry or retail sector.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legal regulations, contracts, and industry-specific requirements.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in simple terms.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address legal issues.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (Master's degree and legal certification preferred).

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to the automobile industry.

Salary:
₹23, ₹30,000.00 per month
