JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, review, and update JAIIB course materials, including study guides, practice exams, and instructional resources, to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the JAIIB syllabus
  • Develop a comprehensive question bank comprising a wide range of questions covering the JAIIB syllabus. Ensure that questions are of high quality, properly categorized, and adhere to the JAIIB examination pattern.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the JAIIB curriculum and suggest modifications to keep it up-to-date with the latest banking industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and other SMEs to enhance the overall quality of the JAIIB certification program.
  • Participate in the evaluation and review process of the JAIIB examination to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the questions and marking.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, banking, commerce, or a related field.
  • Certified as a JAIIB from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) or any other equivalent certification would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proven experience in the banking industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role will be an edge.
  • Ensure that all content created is free from plagiarism and cite external sources appropriately when necessary.
  • Use proper language hygiene, adhering to professional and academic writing standards.
