Job Description:

Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership and incubate Agile culture in team
Facilitates team's progress toward team goals
Leads team efforts in Continuous improvement
Facilitates all team meetings
Supports the product Owner
Eliminates team impediments
Promotes SAFe quality practices
Communicates with RTEs / Product Managers on status and issues
Coordinates interteam cooperation to facility a wellrun train
Coordinates with other teams
Facilitates teams preparation for PI events, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt
Supports Feature/story estimation

Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with PLM concepts and systems
Certified Scrum Master
Extensive experience working with Excel
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, customerfocused organization, undergoing continued change.
Ability to communicate with the business to prioritize requirements or issues and plan
Experience working in a collaborative working environment where team work is essential in achieving corporate goals
Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as the business/IT demands
Experience working in an environment where PMP best practice policy and processes have been adopted
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
