Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to assist in making informed business decisions. This is a full-time position located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience as a MIS Executive or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of database management and data extraction techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.

Collect and analyze data from various sources to generate accurate and timely reports.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
Generate and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist in business decision-making processes.
