Job Description:


To use the CCTV equipment proactively and to its optimum level to help the MIS executive for reporting of actual customer flow in the required format.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Should have a good visual monitoring skill.
  • To ensure all logs, reports and records are produced accurately and promptly.
  • Standard keyboard skills and ability to communicate through it using packages such as word, outlook, excel, MS teams. Ability to input accurately and update and retrieve data.
  • To operate the CCTV system in accordance with the systems standard operating procedures, and any other instructions issued from time to time.
  • Immediate reporting of issues prescribed under the CCTV
  • SOP.
  • Active monitoring of all the related workflows of CCTV
  • SOP.
  • Viewing and monitoring customer dealing of multiple stores and inform the same to concern person related to any issues.

Salary:
From ₹16,000.00 per month

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
