Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about educational programs and services.

  • Engage in persuasive and empathetic communication to encourage consideration of our institution for educational needs.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of educational offerings.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.
  • Provide personalized counseling, understanding students' academic and career goals.
  • Implement a systematic followup process to nurture leads and guide students through enrollment.
  • Address inquiries and concerns with accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Offer guidance on suitable courses, programs, and educational pathways based on individual needs and aspirations.
  • Maintain a database of interactions, ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
  • The main goal is to take admissions by using different strategies.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
