    Operation & Responsible for handing over of contracts/AMT materials required for CLC' s and ship to distribution center warehouse/ region/job sites as instructed by the CLC, s through developing, implementing and managing manufacturing activities.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES .

    PRODUCTION

    1. Provide Leadership & Guidance to employees within his supervision.

    2. Plan, Organize & Staff the department in the most efficient manner to achieve set schedules

    3. Ensure compliance to statutory regulations and Ensure that E H & S management system of the company is implemented in manufacturing

    4. Achieve production and quality targets as per plan with specific focus on RONS, AMT, SRR control and OPXL initiatives.

    5. Assist / conduct training and development programs as and when required.

    6. Strive for process/productivity improvement through OPXL tools

    7. Continuous focus on Lead-time to result in reduction in Lead-time

    8. Promote Employee Participation/Involve through OPXL / Kaizen Activities

    9. Prepare, Maintain and update records related to ISO audits.

    10. Take part in all predetermined Audits.

    11. Take part in E H & S audits & inspections and ensure SSI executives also perform audits and inspections. Facilitate identification of E H & S hazards and risks in the workplace and implementation of the associated mitigation plans.

    12. Co-ordinate with all other functions for effective functioning of the SSI.

    13. Responsible for all manufacturing and associated business processes and their control and adherence.

    14. Achieve production and quality targets as per plan with specific focus on RONS, AMT, SRR control and OPXL initiatives.

    15. Responsible for activities of Industrial Engineering', to simplify manufacturing processes to reduce Mfg. Lead time and continuously enhance shop floor productivity, Time standards development & improvement and ensure positive MIC. Responsible for Sub system cost reduction and kaizen.

    16. Increase productivity through greater plant/facilities availability & upkeep and ensure TPM initiatives sustenance.
