    • Job Title: Loan Officer Mortgage (TeleCalling/TeleSales)
    • Job ID: 0048
    • Role/Functional Area: TeleSales
    • Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
    • Education Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate
    • Experience Required: 6 Months to 5 Years
    • Salary Offered: Rs. 13000 to Rs. 22000 (Plus monthly Incentives)


    Mandatory Requirements:

    1. Candidate must hold a Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
    2. Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or telemarketing.
    3. Excellent communication skills.
    4. Proficiency in relevant computer applications.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Prospecting with suspect leads to convert them into prospects.
    2. Establishing contact, eligibility profiling, setting up appointments, and following up with prospects.
    3. Seeking interventions to satisfy customer needs and convert prospects into customers.
    4. Supporting the sales team with prompt calls, timely follow-ups, and maintaining cordial relationships.
    5. Having complete knowledge of company products and policies, as well as those of competitors.
    6. Handling objections effectively and updating the software for seamless conversations.
    7. Generating references and providing market feedback to the supervisor.
