Telemarketing Executive (Hospitality Industry)


Responsibilities:


Telemarketing:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the hospitality industry, promoting our services and offerings.

Receptionist Duties:
Manage incoming calls, provide information about our services, and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Communication Skills:
Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey our offerings and create a positive impression of the company.

Excel Proficiency:
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently, enabling efficient data management and reporting.


Requirements:


Experience:
Prior experience as a telemarketer, especially within the hospitality industry, is essential.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a key requirement for this role.

Working Hours:
The office timings are from 9.30 AM to 6 PM, six days a week.


Job Type:
Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

  • Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Outbound voice: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
