    Description

    Overview:

    The SeniorSalesforce Developer plays a crucial role in the organization byleading Salesforce development projects implementing customizedsolutions and ensuring the platform meets the companys needs. Theywill work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements designdevelop test and deploy highquality Salesforcesolutions.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor ateam of Salesforce developers
    • Design anddevelop robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platformusing Apex and Visualforce
    • Create customreports and dashboards to provide keyinsights
    • Collaborate with stakeholders togather business requirements
    • Implement andmaintain integrations with thirdpartysystems
    • Perform code reviews and ensure bestpractices are followed
    • Optimize Salesforceperformance and troubleshoot issues
    • Keepuptodate with Salesforce capabilities releases and bestpractices
    • Provide technical expertise andguidance to project teams
    • Participate in thefull software development lifecycle

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inComputer Science or related field
    • SalesforcePlatform Developer I and II certifications
    • 5years of experience in Salesforcedevelopment
    • Proficiency in Apex Visualforce andLightning components
    • Strong understanding ofSalesforce architecture and APIs
    • Experiencewith Salesforce integration using REST and SOAPAPIs
    • Ability to lead and mentor a team ofdevelopers
    • Excellent problemsolving andcommunication skills
    • Experience in Agiledevelopment methodologies
    • Knowledge ofJavaScript HTML CSS and related webtechnologies
    • Experience with CI/CD tools andprocesses for Salesforce
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced collaborative teamenvironment
    • Strong analytical and debuggingskills
    • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloudand Sales Cloud is aplus
