Responsibilities:

As a Sportswear Specialist at MSK LIFESTYLE LLP, you will play a pivotal role in managing our sportswear product line.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Product Development:

Collaborate with the design and production teams to conceptualize and develop new sportswear products that align with market trends and customer needs.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with the latest sportswear trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to ensure our products remain competitive and appealing.

Product Sourcing:
Identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers for materials and finished products while maintaining high-quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all sportswear products meet our high-quality standards and customer expectations.

Pricing and Profitability:
Analyze market pricing and trends to set competitive yet profitable pricing strategies for our sportswear products.

Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to make product improvements and enhancements based on customer insights.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by providing product information and technical specifications to support their efforts in selling our sportswear products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Sportswear Specialist or in a similar role within the sportswear industry.
• Indepth knowledge of sportswear fabrics, construction techniques, and production processes.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the sportswear industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Passion for sportswear and an active lifestyle is a plus.
