• Brainstorming digital marketing and campaign ideas with internal stakeholders and vendor partner
• Maintaining an active presence on the company's social media pages
• Coordinating with the HR/Social Media Team for weekly/monthly action plans
• Managing scheduling for approved content
• Coordinating with third party vendors for campaigns and projects as appropriate
• Creating and assisting with the creation of interesting content for blogs, infographics, static creatives, videos, and webinars
• Ensuring consistency in the brand's tone and content across all social media platforms
• Engaging with the target audience on all social media channels
• Benchmarking the latest branding trends across industry
• Conduct research related to website redesign and make appropriate recommendations

• Scope out and create design layouts for internal initiatives
• Work with HR function to create appropriate flyers on a need basis

• Assist with enhancing slides for clients, proposals, internal meetings as required

• At least Bachelor's degree in Design
• Proficiency in MS Office and latest design tools & technologies
• Adept with photo/videography and postproduction editing
• Familiarity with handling professional social media platforms
• Highly creative and motivated
• Impressive oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
