    Job Description :
    We're seeking a highly motivated Lead Visual Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visuals for presentations, reports, business decks, and other communication materials.


    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with client contacts to understand their needs, interpret briefs, make design decisions, and manage resources to ensure project success.
    • Develop innovative design concepts that effectively visualize data and information while maintaining a clear and engaging message.
    • Apply design principles, color theory, and typography with precision across all deliverables.
    • Provide signoff on final assets for critical projects.
    • Champion best practices and innovative design methods.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends, emerging technologies, and rich media techniques.
    • Work independently and proactively, managing your responsibilities without requiring constant senior support.
    • Additionally, serve as a mentor and guide to junior team members.
    • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications :

    Mandatory :

    • 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Communication Design.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills in presentation decks, reports, business documents, and similar deliverables.

    Preferred :

    • Experience in Motion Graphics and Illustration.
    • Proven experience working within a design studio, agency, or publishing house.
