Responsibilities:

Collaborate to conceptualize and translate ideas into visually appealing designs that align with project objectives.
Develop visual narratives and storytelling through images, graphics, and design elements that effectively communicate messages.
Create innovative and engaging designs across various platforms, including print, digital media, social media, and more.
Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and designers to ensure visual and written elements are cohesive and complementary.
Create mood boards, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Integrate and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in color palettes, typography, and visual elements.
Adapt designs to fit different platforms and mediums while optimizing user engagement and visual impact.
Stay current with design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices to deliver cuttingedge visual solutions.
Solve design challenges creatively, such as simplifying complex information for visual clarity and working within design constraints.
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver highquality designs on schedule.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Min 5 years experience as a Creative Visualizer, Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and innovative design concepts.
Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines.
Problemsolving skills to tackle design challenges and find creative solutions.
Flexibility to adapt designs to different platforms and project requirements.
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
