Job Summary:

Responsible for Supplier Management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.

Looking for Supplier Management experience of minimum 7 years who can handle OEM (Flow and Mechanical) Supply

What you will do:

Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies mainly in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) category
Drives compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
Participates in target setting, follow up and corrective action
Ensures correct usage of relevant tools including tools for data analysis and negotiation.
Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner
Shares good practices and facilitate networking on site
Supports Project Management activities from Supplier Management side especially for new product development

We believe you have:

Preferably global or international experience, 7 to 10 years in sourcing contracting and supplier base management. Degree in Engineering.
Strong experience in handling multiple suppliers in OEM category with proven negotiation and supplier integration skills.
Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders both internally and externally.
You also have a great passion to contribute towards business and the courage to challenge current state in a constructive and positive manner that builds trust.
