- Develop and Implement Sales Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives.
- Deliver Engaging Training Sessions: Conduct interactive and informative training sessions for both new hires and existing sales representatives, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Coach and Mentor Sales Reps: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to help them improve their performance, overcome challenges, and achieve their sales targets.
- Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the sales training program and sales processes.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Sales Methodologies: Keep abreast of the latest sales methodologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the sales training program.
- Plan, Lead, and Execute Internal Audits: Develop audit plans and lead internal audits of the sales department to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Review Sales Processes and Controls: Review sales processes, controls, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Identify and Assess Risks: Identify and assess risks associated with sales activities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen internal controls.
- Recommend Process Improvements: Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of the sales department based on audit findings and best practices.
- Report Audit Findings: Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching, and auditing, preferably in [industry].

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
