Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work together with sales team to create new products and services in the FPI, AIF and GIFT-IFSC
space.

  • Undertake due diligence of entities for FDI Investments (onshore and offshore)
  • Track NRI limits from Assets under management of the Funds
  • Undertake and track compliances of various regulators across geographies such as India, US, UK,
etc.

  • Assist in undertaking tax filings and audits of the Funds (Statutory and Tax authorities)
  • Implementation of Fund business
  • Ensure products and services have clear differences from those offered by competitors.
  • Evaluate current products and services to determine needs for upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Must be a postgraduate with specialization in MBA in Finance / CA
  • Must have work experience of 35 years in Product at Custody Services/AMC/Wealth
Management/Investment Managers

  • Ability to provide efficient solutions and meet timelines.
  • Ability to understand regulations of various jurisdictions.
  • Should have good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
  • Should have an affable personality, especially while liaising with counter parties
