Responsibilities and duties

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, car workshops & surveyors regarding customer requirements
  • Creating Job card
  • Sharing estimates with customers
  • Understanding of Motor Insurance Policy, comprehensive & zero debt
  • Coordination with surveyor
  • Process delivery order
  • Knowledge of inspection & maintenance of vehicles.
  • Responsible for setting up a strong network of surveyors
  • Ensure that service provider staff follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across service phases
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 1 Year & above in Automobile
  • Knowledge of car maintenance services and repairs

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
