Production Executive typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Strictly from Event management background
Work closely with other departments to ensure that the events run smoothly from beginning to end
Oversee the entire event production process and not limited to venue selection, vendor management, budget, logistics, and onsite execution. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers and secure best possible rates and terms
Stay uptodate with the industry norms, trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and

development

Production costing is necessary Managing staff and ensuring they have adequate training to perform their jobs
Preparing post P& L report and guiding the team to create a post P&;L report
Creating a budget for the event based on the project
Attending client meetings online and offline for a new project brief
Coordinating all aspects of the event, coordinating with the creative team, providing proper size details with the team including choosing vendors and contractors, setting up the final event

Qualifications:

Strong production planning and management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience 1year in production management in the event management industry
Knowledge of Vendor technology and quality control
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with a team
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production Management, Vendor Technology, or related field
Experience working with Clients authorities to obtain necessary permits is a plus

Salary:
₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
