Position:
Associate Recruiter

Location:
Mumbai (Andheri East)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the management and other teams to perform job and task analysis and accordingly document job requirements and objectives.
Create structure for the job description after analyzing the internal requirements and the market scope.
Keep uptodate with recruitment methods.
Prepare hiring pipelines for the required roles and accordingly build a talent pool for future references.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge:

Must possess proven excellent customer service skills and an ability to handle heavy volume with confidence and calmness.
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills required with an overall positive, professional, and ethical disposition.
Must be able to work with tight deadlines, possess a high level of selfmotivation, and have excellent work ethic.
Good knowledge of MS Suite (e.g. MS Excel, Word Documents, Powerpoint, Google Drive, etc.)
Handon experience with various recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Behance, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce or a related field is highly preferred.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience bulk sourcing and recruiting.
