    Description

    Job Summary :


    We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

    The role requires proficiency in Java programming, along with in-depth knowledge of various Java frameworks, tools, and technologies.

    The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and possess excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to mentor junior team members.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Software Development :

    • Design, develop, and maintain highquality, scalable, and reliable software solutions using Java programming language.

    Technical Leadership :

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

    Project Planning and Execution :

    • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and estimate development efforts.
    • Execute development tasks according to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
    Code Review and Quality Assurance :

    • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and proper documentation.
    • Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure software quality and reliability.

    Performance Optimization :

    • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize software performance to meet scalability and efficiency requirements.

    Technical Documentation :

    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and code documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

    Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing :

    • Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth and development.

    Qualifications and Experience :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 8 to 10 years of handson experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles and design patterns.
    • Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Struts.
    • Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
    • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, JDBC, and ORM frameworks (e.g.,Hibernate).
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
