  • Assist/guide the team in 3D conceptualization, research and drawing layouts and services.
  • Working with project teams to provide project administration and design development in detailed designs, GFC drawings, and documentation.
  • Conceptualize sketches and mood boards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Leading junior designers.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MEP services.

Requirements:


  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited school.
  • Experience: 58 years (Corporate & Commercial only).
  • Experience in Corporate/commercial interior design.
  • Should have good knowledge of BIM & Google Sketchup skills, MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Sketchup.
  • Excellent design skills with the ability to prepare working drawings, designs, and plans.
  • Should be up to date with current industry trends by attending trade fairs and exhibitions and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent spatial planning and infrastructure design skills.
