Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

Serve as a conduit with the global communications team to ensure information flows both ways within India and with businesses outside of India.
Manage the development, design, and execution of employer brand presence in India
Ensure consistent use of brand standards in all employer brand marketing and communications. These standards are the domain of the Brand and Corporate Communications teams, so a partnership with those areas and compliance with their guidance is the fundamental responsibility of this role and the lens from which all content and creative will be produced.
Manage the communications calendar, internal channels, and strategy for distribution across internal audiences to drive engagement and keep team members connected and informed
Act as broker/agent between Brand and Corporate Communications teams to leverage content to benefit the communications strategy and support the India team members.
Develop, implement, and monitor systems and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the communications function and evaluate the business impact of communication activities.

Bringing in the below experience:

Minimum of 4 years of writing experience working crossculturally across India and the Global Teams as well as business, management, and/or real estate experience
Ability to engage diverse stakeholders to build a consistent communications strategy within India and share it with the business outside of India
Background in writing and producing content across a variety of mediums and channels while adhering to communications and brand standards
Familiarity with communications planning and best practices in internal and external communication.
Ability to communicate on complex topics and figure out ways to simplify complicated information.
A track record of getting things done by recognizing barriers and ways around them
Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams
A selfstarter who is teamoriented and organized
Experience with social media platforms a plus
Background in writing and producing content across a variety of mediums and channels other than social media this position does not focus on social media.
