Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Vice Principal at our CMIS Coimbatore School.

The Vice Principal will play a crucial role in supporting the school's leadership team in achieving academic excellence, fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring the overall well-being of students and staff.

We expect the VP to be experienced and take care of the following responsibilities but not limited to:


Responsibilities:


Academic Leadership:


  • Collaborate with the Management team and the Principal to develop and implement academic programs that align with CBSE guidelines and standards.
  • Monitor curriculum delivery and assess teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate academic progress and implement strategies for improvement.

Student Welfare:


  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive school environment.
  • Implement policies and programs to promote student wellbeing, discipline and character development.
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors and parents to address individual student needs and concerns.

Staff Management:


  • Assist in the recruitment, training and professional development of teaching and nonteaching staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work culture among staff members.

Administrative Duties:


  • Supervise daytoday school operations, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
  • Manage and coordinate school events, activities and schedules.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to admissions, examinations and records.

Community Engagement:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community members and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the school at community events and collaborate with external organizations for the benefit of the school.

Educational Innovation:


  • Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Promote the use of technology in education and integrate digital tools into the curriculum.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a CBSE school.
  • Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching.

Salary:
₹65, ₹120,000.00 per month
