Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
  • 2. Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.
  • 3. Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
  • 4. Providing technical support for staff and backend system users.
  • 5. Troubleshooting system and server errors.
  • 6. Reviewing system error logs and userreported errors.
  • 7. Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.
  • 8. Managing user access.
  • 9. Monitoring system performance.
  • 10. Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
  • 11. Strong experience in IIS.NET (Maintaining IIS.NET Windows)
  • 12. Knowledge of Firewall Rules, DNS, VIP, SSL, Ping Federate
  • 13. Analyzing Activity log files and diagnosing Application Server problem
  • 14. Trouble shooting problems related with Webserver / App server configuration issues
  • 15. Familiar with Server Build Out activities that includes.
NET Application installation and Configurations

  • 16. Advanced Network knowledge to work on configuring servers in a Load Balanced Model
  • 17. Handling Production Environment Issues Calls and Tickets and providing Quick Resolution.
  • 18. Capable of working on IIS migrations projects and support app team for the migration
  • 19. Hands on experience of patch deployment, maintenance etc.
  • 20. Strong communication and customer handling skills
