    Job Purpose

  • Planning and execution of VMS Innovations in India.
  • Responsible for delivering the plan Innovation P&L for Brand for India market.
  • Responsible for Innovation building and top line and bottom-line delivery through the following. Strategy and planning Understanding consumer insights and bringing corresponding science to life Delivering high impact brand connections Leveraging multiple channels – including digital and ecommerce – to drive brand growth Displaying high business acumen in understanding the right growth levers and investing accordingly

    • Key Responsibilities

    Ensure Best-in-Class execution of VMS Innovations in India

  • Delivering differentiated on-time in-full consumer, expert and shopper validated launch toolkit.
  • Responsible for delivering Plan Innovation value and success metrics post launch.
  • Delivering category leading Innovation share on Digital, E commerce and Modern Trade.
  • Delivering KPI driven model for driving higher trials
  • Thought leadership on digital influencer marketing

    • Driving Brand Innovation Connections

  • Efficient market mapping and segmentation
  • Understanding consumers by segments
  • Deliver communications that fits growth objectives
  • Consumer Promotions

    • High Business Acumen

  • Combine foresight with commercial planning and action to drive opportunities
  • Drive best practices in analysis, action planning and execution to double top-line every year for first 3 years

    • Knowledge/Education Required

  • 5 years + (2-3 years of Innovation Marketing experience)
  • The role involves working with the category teams, agency partners, sales team to deliver on Brand strategy / plans. Hence demonstrated ability to create and implement consistent brand \
  • plans across regions / channels and through all consumers touch points is a must.
  • Digital Marketing and E commerce Experience is an added advantage along with a science background.
