    Role/ Job Title: Associate Product Manager – Personal Loan

    Function/ Department: Personal Loan

    Job Purpose:

    Primary role will be to Increase Profitability, Portfolio Quality, Total number of Customers and Number of Customer Acquisitions.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support in implementing value propositions for Personal Loan lending business.
  • Provide technical support across multiple technologies for the assigned product.
  • Maintaining and developing Product MIS.
  • Proactively support the team with admin and manpower challenges.
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards for the senior management.
  • Aggregate information about latest market trends, determine the best practices using data analysis.
  • Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams.
  • Support the Product team in Personal Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
  • Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the bank.
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
  • Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

    • Education Qualification:

    Graduation: BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) / BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) / (Bachelor in Commerce) / (Bachelor in Technology) / . (Bachelor of Arts) / . (Bachelor in Engineering) / (Bachelor of Science).

    Post-graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) / MCA (Master of Computer Application) / . (Master in Engineering) / (Master of Science) / (Master in Technology).

    Experience: 2-5 year of experience in Personal Loan.
