    Description

    Key Activities :

    Ability to proactively work and coordinate with the business representatives, Project Managers, business analysts, Technical Leads, Developers and Testers to ensure that user requirements have been properly understood, validated, documented, communicated and implemented.

    Ability to meet & lead in client meetings, conduct Presentations, understand and gather AI-IS business and be able to do solution modelling for future process models, and take client acceptance on business deliverables.

    Should have good exposure to the various phases of the SDLC including requirement gathering, requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing and deployment in a corporate environment.

    Ability to prepare the software requirement specifications (SRS), use case modelling, use-case specifications Diagrams, process-flow Diagrams, Data modelling and Screen Mockups / wireframes.

    Ability to Perform functional and technical gap analysis between present and proposed systems and prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for implementation.

    Serves as a link between the business and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user and business needs.

    Collects business requirements using interviews, Document reviews, site visits, business process descriptions and workflows.

    Closely interact with development team to ensure that requirements are fully understood and implemented accordingly.

    Use functional demos of the implemented software as a means to identify the gap between the SRS and the implementation software.

    Ability to coordinate with the QA to ensure requirements & logical solution is properly understood.

    Work with the UI/UX team to ensure user experience is considering during the implementation using wireframes & mockups.

    Prior experience on the design & Development of solutions is an added advantage.

    - Ability to train the customer(plus) to prepare the system training materials and conduct the customer training Skills : - Data Modelling, ERD

    - Screen mockups using a tool

    - Visual Modelling using MS Visio or similar tool (UML, DFD).

    - Use case description model, system Interfaces models.

    - Specify and analyze the NFR (Security, usability and Performance)

    - Business Process Design

    - BPMN 2.0 (Plus)

    - ALM (application lifecycle management), WIKI/Confluence, JIRA (Plus).

    - Agile / Scrum in a Corporate IT environment.

    - Microservices knowledge is a plus.

    - Professional certificate (CBAP) is a Plus

    - Experience in Manufacturing / Automotive industry is a Mandatory.
